Hundreds of people gathered in Skokie for the dedication of a new 24-hour kosher community fridge honoring Hersh Goldberg-Polin, the Israeli-American hostage who was murdered by Hamas after being taken from a music festival. Organizers say the fridge, stocked entirely by neighbors, is the country's first kosher fridge of its kind, and Goldberg-Polin's parents, Jon Polin and Rachel Goldberg-Polin, were among those in attendance.
